Nahco3 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

To open an account on nahco3, you must register with accurate and complete information. nahco3 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect details at any time.

• One Account Policy: Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any stored balance forfeited.
• Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact nahco3's Help Center immediately.
• Information Update: It is your responsibility to update your profile if your mobile number, email, or payment details change.
• Account Deactivation: An account may be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. Your balance will be preserved, and the account can be reactivated simply by logging back in.

To use nahco3, the following conditions must be met. These are strictly enforced, and any false information found during verification will result in immediate action.

Nahco3 maintains full transparency in all financial transactions. There are no hidden charges or extra fees. The key deposit and withdrawal rules are outlined below.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 (bKash & Nagad). For card payments, the minimum is ৳500.
• Your balance will be updated within 5–15 minutes of a deposit. If there is a delay, please contact the Help Centre with your transaction ID.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.
• Your daily maximum deposit limit is determined by your KYC level.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• BKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes – 6 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Make sure all wagering requirements are met before making any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 will not be processed without completed KYC verification.

Nahco3's bonus program is designed to reward players with extra benefits. However, to prevent abuse of the bonus system, certain conditions apply equally to all players.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. For example, a 30x wager means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Time limit: Every bonus has a set validity period, typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per single bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid for specific games only. The bonus description will indicate which games are eligible.
• Welcome Bonus: One per account only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• Bet confirmation: Once you press the "Confirm" button after placing a bet, it is considered final. Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled.
• Cashout: When a cashout option is available on a live bet, the cashout value is determined based on the match situation at that moment.
• Cancelled Match: If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Technical error: If a game is interrupted due to technical reasons, nahco3's decision is final. Depending on the situation, the bet may be refunded or the game restarted.
• Maximum win limit: The maximum win per single spin or bet is set per game and is stated on the game's page.
• RNG Fairness: The RNG used across all nahco3 slots and online games is tested to international standards. All outcomes are entirely random.

Nahco3 reserves the right to change odds for Sports Betting; however, once a bet is confirmed, the payout will be based on the odds at the time of confirmation.

• Content from third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property policies.
